It's not Fasiangy without Sišky (Slovak Donuts)

Homemade Slovak Noodles
Keep it thin, floured and use a sharp knife!
Yesterday I journeyed back in time when our Babas (grandmothers) rose early to make sure the daily chores were done ....and here's one reason why, "to make homemade noodles." I now have an appreciation for their labor of love and would like to share this video which is closest to the recipe I used.
